I'm Kate! The team leader of Kate & Co.  I am the teacher, the shoulder, the ear, and the extra set of eyes for each of our team. Real estate is a passion project for me, which means every person we work with will know they are family to our team. My kiddos are the foundation I have for being great as a mom and being great as your Realtor.

Hi! I’m Shawna! I live in Brownsville, VT with my husband, our two sons, and our dogs. I love spending time with my family, playing board games and eating pizza. Hi! My name is Allison. My husband & I bought our first home in Windsor where we get to raise our 3 beautiful children and our crazy pup. We are always on the go with sports, school functions, community events, camping, family, friends, we do it all! Hello! I'm Julie. I’m native to Woodstock, VT but now live with my husband, daughter, and pup in Windsor, VT. Hello! I’m Caelis McGuire. I was raised here in the Upper Valley and I love being a part of this community. I no longer live in the Upper Valley, but I do visit often! I work on all of our marketing and designs and art is a passion of mine. Outside work, you can find me baking, thrifting, and enjoying our local arts!
